The radio stream is not playing
- Check that your iPhone has an active internet connection.
- Tap “Start listening” again and allow a few seconds to connect.
- Close and reopen the app if the stream still does not start.
The song information is not updating
Song and artist information refreshes automatically. If it is temporarily unavailable, the radio stream can continue playing.
Album and webshop support
Purchases are completed on the official Jan Sifu website. For help with an order, payment, or download, contact Jan Sifu through the official contact page.
Background listening
Jan Sifu Music can continue playing while you use other apps. You can pause or resume playback from the iPhone lock screen.
